5. How does the pricing work?
We offer three flexible packages, each designed to suit different needs:
Essential Package: Perfect for small businesses or meal prep services, offering access during off-peak hours for a cost-effective solution.
Standard Package: Ideal for growing businesses, providing access during peak hours and additional marketing support.
Premium Package: Designed for large-scale operations that need premium equipment, 24/7 access, and personalized marketing support.
All packages require an annual contract for consistent availability and pricing.

6. How do I book kitchen time?
Booking your kitchen space is simple:
Sign Up: Choose your package and sign the annual contract.
Book a Shift: Use our online platform to book kitchen time, view availability, and reserve equipment.
Start Cooking! Once your shift is booked, you can access the kitchen and start your operations.
Our online platform makes scheduling and managing your kitchen time seamless, ensuring that you never have to worry about availability or double-booking.
7. Can I book kitchen space on a short-term basis?
We currently offer packages that require an annual contract to ensure stability and priority access for our members. However, we do offer flexibility within the annual contract, allowing you to choose the shifts that best fit your business needs.
8. Do I need to bring my own equipment?
While we provide state-of-the-art equipment (including ovens, stoves, refrigerators, etc.), you may need to bring specific items such as utensils, packaging materials, or specialty equipment for your production needs. If you have any specific questions about equipment, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
9. Is Mutual Kitchen licensed for food production?
Yes! Our kitchen is fully licensed and compliant with all local health and safety regulations. We provide all the necessary documentation to ensure your food business is compliant with industry standards.
10. Can I use Mutual Kitchen for catering events?
Yes! Our kitchen is designed to support catering businesses. Whether you’re preparing large orders or creating small batches for events, you can book the space and equipment you need to get the job done.
11. Can I use the Mutual Kitchen’s address as my official business address?
Yes. Many businesses use our address for their business. The receptionist will hold any mail we receive for you or your business.
12. Can I get deliveries?
Yes, and our loading dock makes food and/or packaging deliveries easy. Our Unlimited subscription members can take advantage of our remote delivery option. (All other members are required to be present during deliveries.)
13. Can I have my product picked up at the kitchen?
The kitchen is designed to accommodate ghost/cloud operations. We allow pick-up and carry-out orders. You must be present at the facility to coordinate your carry-out orders.
14. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule a shift?
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a shift, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice to avoid cancellation fees. Please use The Food Corridor platform to manage your bookings, making it easy to reschedule when necessary.
15. Is it possible to tour the facility?
Absolutely! Tours are conducted by appointment only. Please fill out this form and an account manager will reach out to schedule a tour.
16. What if I have a question that is not frequently asked?
